My sunbeam Intuition coffee machine wont make coffee. It has beans and water. I press cup amount and press ok it grinds beans then nothing comes out. Is it the water pump.

Push the coffe brew button again. It should take right off and grind again.

ONE COMMON PROBLEM IN THIS MACHINES, SINCE THEY ARE MADE IN CHINA, THE QUALITY OF THE BEARINGS DETERIORATE IN ABOUT EXACTLY ONE YEAR. AND THE GRINDER NO LONGER WORKS. THE BEARING BUSHING ITS MADE OF BRASS, AND THE LOAD OF THE COFFEE BEANS OVER KILL THE BEARING. ITS A RIP-OFF....

If the grinder cleaning does not work.. You may have to have to machine serviced.

I had a similar problem, and solved it by turning the grinder by hand against resistance. Apparently the grinder wasn't really turning during the cycle and needed to be cleared. If your beans are "hopping" this may be a different problem.

You have the filter screwed it too far. As soon as you feel the filter seating do not screw it in any further.
