If this will help you.. Go into you bios go to your main option and set the HDD to Ide then you will be able to boot

check your drain lines and see if they are cloged because that is what it sounds like if not then try the pump

you need to set the primary hard disk as the first boot device in the BIOS's boot settings.

It sounds like the computer is trying to use a resolution that the monitor cannot handle. Boot into safe mode by pressing the f8 key during boot up and select safe mode. Once booted, right click on the desktop and select properties. In settings lower the resolution by moving the bar to the left and reboot.

I would move it all the way down, you can then move it up a step at a time once you are in normal mode again.

The "CO" indicates cleaning operation and can be switched of via remote button under flap, labelled AUTO CLEAN.

there should be a key synbol on the remote. press pwr off, then press the pwr on and the key button at the same time. The usual fault is the child lock has been activated.

i think you need to re-install your Operating System again since you got a new HDD wich is tottaly empty i assume so try to install your OS on the new HDD

You may have a door latch problem and it will need to be replaced.

Error code DE means door error problem.  Could be that the door switch doesn't sense the locking mechanism is working properly and may need to be replaced.  This will require a service call from a qualified LG tech to diagnose the problem.
