When I updated my Vista to Ultimate all the programs that came with my laptop were wiped, most of them were garbage but I lost 2 things of import.
1. virus scanner (easily replaces though)
2. software for my integrated webcam
the drivers and everything are ok, but ACER doesn't seem to have posted their webcam software anywhere I can get at it
