SOURCE: My Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo P
I also have a Fujitsu-Scaleo P, yesterday I had the same problem exactly as described here. The issue is that the CPU fan does not work anymore. It is easy to replace, only four Phillips screws to be removed. I simply don't know if the new fan replacement can be bought alone, or if the air duct will be in the replacement kit, along with the aluminum block. It is a Cooler Master Model made by Protechnic Electric model MGT 9212ZR-W25. If it wasn't that the problem, when the computer is still cold, try to boot it, press DEL which will bring up the BIOS Setup Menu, and you can see if the Fan still works: in one of its menus shows the Fan RPMs and CPU Core Temperature. Good luck.

Go to your friend. Download and burn this cd http://www.9down.com/Hiren-s-BootCD-9-8-Keyboard-Patch-73110/
Boot your pc from it by pressing F9 or F12 and use BIOS / CMOS Tools from it.

SOURCE: i want to enter BIOS
When your computer first starts up, almost immediately after you push the power button, a prompt on the lower portion of the screen (but not always lower, sometimes upper) will appear saying 'Press F2(for example) to enter BIOS, or SETUP.
You don't have very long to press the button, as the screen will change quickly, but the most common bios entry hotkeys are Del, F2, F10 or F12. Hope this helps.
