Check the feed rollers, (IF you do a alot of printing), the feed rollers are slick with paper dust, and are causing the jam, You can clean tyhem by taking out the paper, and clean the roller with a cloth rag and some 409 cleaner. scrub the feed roller to remove the paper dust, then let the rollers dry, then re load paper and begin printng

Paper loading problem

try buying a new **** of paper 20 lb weight. if the paper has been sitting around a while believe it or not humidity levels can affect it. If this does not work I would start looking inside the printer to see if anything is stopping the paper flow.

I have a Lexmark X3550 printer There is a paper way down inside that cannot be reached Tried the automatic remove and it does nothing. What should I do?This machine is only a few months old.

Bending the bottom exit tray will allow it to be removed. Simply remove tray and wipe rollers right in front of the bar that the ink slides back and forth on. Most printers get a lttle dust on the rollers then they wont feed. Hope this Helps.Sincerely Brian @ Game-On Computers.
