This could be from interference. What has changed in your area? IF something is transmitting Bluetooth or other wifi signals, it may be causing your signal to be dropped.
Testimonial: "Thank you. We live remotely and have cable internet with WIFI. Nothing has changed and my other devices work fine."
Still wondering which circuit board contains the wireless signal receiver...
TCL model 55FS4610R, two years old, 57mbps download and 7mbps upload wireless speed, when working signal is good, no other devices effected, gradual deteriation in performance over about a month.
I have tried resetting the modem, wifi device, and resetting the tv to original factory settings. The TV automatically updates software and the last update was 5 days ago.
I was thinking you could roll that update back but there is no provision for that. You can download updates and manually install them too but that might not work, contact email to [email protected]
IF you have version 7.5 it caused the crash you are talking about, they forced a roll back to 7.2.2 because if that. Check your firmware version and see what it says. Page 67 OF THE MANUAL I BELIEVE
