Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I can not register my new tablet i give my e-mail it writes back wrong address i can acesss my e-mail no problem

Hi,

If the tablet you are willing to register is an android tablet then in order to register it, you need a Google account ( like abcd...@gmail.com) so that you can activate it in your tablet. If you are using any other email account then you need to add that email account later once you add your Google account. other email accounts can only be used to access the emails. To create a Google account please visit www.gmail.com and signup for a new account. Once you get new Google account try to register your tablet of phone by selecting the option of existing user. You can also create a new Google account by selecting new user from the registration page in your table or phone. DOnt worry later on you can go to account settings and add your current email in order to access your emails from the device.

This is what i get when i try to log in to facebook. Your account is currently unavailable due to a site issue. We expect this to be resolved shortly. Please try again in a few minutes. i tried hours...

The Facebook site occasionally blocks access for certain chunks of users temporarily so that the staff can carry out routine maintenance procedures and software updates on those accounts.

These lockout periods are normal and can last anywhere from a few hours to a day or two.

Just try again tomorrow.

Be patient and good luck.

User account problem

If you enter the administrative account and right click on start and choose explore, can you see the newly created user account in the list of accounts under documents & settings?
If not, then your new account has not been set up properly, and you will have to set it up again.
If you do see that account listed, but cannot access it from the log on screen, the simplest way to fix it is probably to delete that user account from the user accounts in control panel, and try setting up a new one.

Will not save

Are you logging in as a different user ? Goto START then CONTROL PANEL then USER ACCOUNTS. If you are the only user of the computer, then you can delete all users except administrator. You then can reboot and windows should log you in as admin only. Just make sure you have the proper password. Please note that you can only delete use accounts if you have that privilege. If you don't then you need to goto START, then LOG OFF. Then you can log in a admin but again, you need the admin password.

Software will not install on vista system

Try this:
  • Turn off the User Account Control (UAC)
  • Reboot your computer into Safe Mode
  • Try to install your software
  • Once the software is installed you can reboot into Normal Mode
Note1: To turn UAC off:
  1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  2. In Control Panel, click User Accounts.
  3. In the User Accounts window, click User Accounts.
  4. In the User Accounts tasks window, click Turn User Account Control on or off.
  5. If UAC is currently configured in Admin Approval Mode, the User Account Control message appears. Click Continue.
  6. Clear the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer check box, and then click OK.
  7. Click Restart Now to apply the change right away, or click Restart Later and close the User Accounts tasks window.

Note 2: To boot into Safe Mode, when your computer starts booting, tap the F8 key repeatedly. You will get a menu to choose Safe Mode.

My hotmail account is hacked

I would suggest emailing the hotmail customer support center about it. If you can prove to them it's your account they will most likely get you back in. At least doing that worked for me once. I emailed and told them anything and everything I could remember about what was in my account, specific emails etc. Good luck:)

Vista log in

The user profile seems to have corrupted. The account that you log into is corrupt now may be due to incompatencies or incompatibility or may be a virus or a spyware. Alternatively, you can try logging to safe mode window. As you start the computer keep tapping the F8 key on your keyboard at the sametime. You would reach a screen to choose from different boot options. Select safe mode(you would have to use the arrow keys in your keyboard). Log in with the usual username and password. If it logs in, you might see a black window with large icons. Don't worry. Go go start, control panel, user accounts, and create a new account. So you can use the new account. Restart the computer and login to the new user account. You should be good. Make sure the account you create should be an administrator. Later if you want you can delete the user account that you have been using before. You can delete it from safe mode again by going to control panel, user accounts.
