Air Conditioner Drain pipe blocked . Feel behind heater on carpet is it wet ?
If you have been using your Air conditioner in humid weather it will extract even more water from the air and if the pipe is blocked it will add water to your car.
If this is the cause it takes about 30 seconds for a car repair place to lift the car up on their car jack and unblock the pipe .

Lots of rain water leaking into front passenger foot rest.

Are you certain it is rain water? It could be condensation from the A/C coil that fails to drain out of the drain pan, or possibly coolant from a leaking heater core. If you are certain it is rain water, depending upon the age of the vehicle, and possibly some other things, here are the possible options:

  1. Leaking door gasket.
  2. Leaking windshield seal due to rust
  3. Leaking windshield seal due to improper installation
  4. Leaking windshield seal due to acoustic (sound) over pressure (if you have extreme sound system with heavy bass)
  5. If you have a sunroof, if the drain hose comes down the passenger side door column, it could be leaking into the passenger compartment rather than drain through the floor pan.

Litters of water accumulating in the foot well of the rear passenger side seats which can soak your feet. There is dampness in front and other side. We have no idea of where this water is coming in from....

Depends on where the water is coming from. The 2 most often causes of water buildup is either the heater core is leaking or the AC condensate drain tube is blocked. If the heater core was leaking, you'd smell antifreeze or see steam coming from the vents while driving. The AC condensate drain tube lets condensation water to drip overboard from the housing. This tube is on the bottom of the AC case on the firewall side under the hood. Sometimes you need only pinch it to open it to drain out the water buildup..

Have a vibe and am the only car in the parking lot where I will either have fogged windows or frost on the inside first thing in the morning the vibe is an 09.

Sounds like either your heater core has a small leak (usually you will smell coolant when you first turn the heat on and will be slowly loosing engine coolant) or, if the condensation is on the inside of all the windows, check the rugs for signs of dampness If you have a body leak the additional humidity inside the car from the damp rugs will cause that. If you find neither, just leave the side windows open about 1/8" and the temp should balance inside and outside and you wont see any condensation.
