I have the Hasbro Electronic Battleship Game. It includes 10 plastic ships, 84 red "hit" pegs and 168 white "miss" pegs! What make game have you bought? There will be more miss pegs than hits!
You will need a phillips head screwdriver and 3 AA batteries. Flip the board over and locate the battery panel. Take out the screw and remove the panel. Insert the batteries in the alignment specified. Replace the panel and screw. Test it by pressing the "on" button. It should say "remote terminal activated, input number of players." Put the stickers on. The "player one" sticker goes on the side with the on switch. Remove the plastic pieces from the molds and divide them evenly between players. Each player should have five ships, 100 white pegs, 50 red pegs, 25 blue pegs, one red plane and one blue plane. Place pegs in appropriate compartments. The blue pegs and planes are only used in "advanced missions." Player One turns on the game and selects the game mode and how many players there are.
You most likely received the Spanish version of the game by accident, this happens on occasion due to shipping errors. Bring it back to the store you bought it from and explain this to them and they will be more then happy to provide you with an English version.
pegperego.com and also by telephone (you can get their phone number on their website), is very good about shipping out their parts. I have a 1999 peg and they have sent parts twice for me.
it could be simply that the remotes are not turned on.or it could be that they are not pointing it at the motion sensor or they are standing too close. I would advise to stand atleast 5 feet away from the screen note that the blue pokeball is the wii remote pointer
