Question about Toshiba e-Studio 205 Copier
The folder which I have previously been able to scan documents into is still on my desktop, however now when I scan an item on the copier (it appears to work, on that end) and then go to open the folder on my desktop to view the document, I get a message that "The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'Toshiba Scans.lnk' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again." Please help!
Make sure ToshibaScans.Ink is not set as read or write only file.
Go to the file, right click, properties, check to make sure boxes are not marked, then hit apply.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
