My printer will not respond to my laptop to print

When I try to print to All-in-One nothing happens

The print queue is jammed.

If this is on a network, call your administrator to clear the queue for you, if this is a local printer, you must do as follows:

1. shut down the printer
2. disconnect the power cable and the network/ usb/ parelllel cable
3. wait 5 minutes
4. put it back together
5. power the printer back up.

Green light is on - when select print nothing happens - print queue shows printer not responding


go to control panel then choose printer the set the printer model you are using to default then try to print again or check the cable if properly connected and lastly re install the driver if needed

Printer still won't print


mmmmm This sounds difficult. Try this. Remove all printers from the laptop. Remove all printers in Active printers. Shut off laptop completely. Leave of for a few minutes. Boot the laptop back into windows. Power on ONE of the printers and connect it to laptop. What SHOULD happen is that windows will detect a new device and ask for a driver. Install the printer and do a test page. If you need more info please just ask.

No response from printer


restart the print spooler service from "services.msc"..also check if your printer works in safe mode or not,if it prints there you must try stopping firewall settings & then try to print..
also delete the pending items to print from the list first...

Canon i320 does not want to print light flashes green and orange alternatively. Please help. I tried the above, but nothing works

Try the HP500Hpgl2 driver, it will work with a USB port.

Printing problems


plz check whether the driver is installed, go to printers on control panel and try for a test page print, if test is printed, then could be ur software is looking that printer.

Printerndoes not respond


I thought my printer died on me, but it turned out it was a simple paper jam. The whole printer just locked up because of a paper jam! All I had to do was open the top compartment, remove the toner and get rid of the paper jam
