My tires on my snapper roll like there is a flat or low air pressure, but this is not the case. Anyone got any ideas?

Eloise, it could be your friction wheel, it is what drive your wheels to make them go around, symptoms could be jerking/slipping when driving or it may not move at all. let me know if this was helpful info. by pressing the helpful button. good luck with your lawn tractor.
You were at one of my other post, but thought it was Warren, if you go there you can click on the links and learn about the friction/drive wheel.

I just purchased a new Craftsman 42in lawn tractor and told the delivery guy that the two front wheels are turned at an inward position. He said he didn't know anything about it. Should I go to the sears...

They should be angled in, but on a new mower to such a small degree that you would not even notice it. I would call the guy who sold it to you and have them come out and align it. The front tires will be "chaffing" sideways if it is not fixed.

Removing the rear tire to repair a flat. i don't know how to get the plastic cover off the axle shaft to get to the axle nut

Pull off the rubber cap. Make a tool by bending a piece of wire or preferably metal and pull the cap towards you until it slides off.

I want to repair one of the rear tires. How do I disassemble?

Hard rubber or plastic cap in center to be gently pried off, this will expose a C clip holding the wheel onto a splined shaft. Jack the mower frame up until the tire is off the ground. Remove C clip and then the wheel, being careful keep it, the washers, and the key in order. If you lose the key, which will fall out when you pull the wheel off, axle will not spin the wheel when you put it back together. Note tire can accidentally be put on backwards, so make sure you do not do that or you will rub a groove right through the tire. Mower tires cost more than car tires. Most tire shops can also fix large mower tires.

The blades are cutting unevenly

I know this will sound a little crazy, but check the air pressure in you tires. My neighbor had the same problem. The tires looked okay until he sat on the mower. One of the rear tires was low which caused the mower to sit lower on one side. Next check the linkages on the deck to make sure they are hooked up and haven't fell off.

Removing tire from SEARS CRAFTSMAN LT1000 TRACTOR.

You need to remove the black rubber cap from the center of the wheel. Remove the "C" clip from the axle and the wheel should come off. The rear tires will have a square key in it. Do not loose the key.
