X buffer boards will ware within a 2 year operational period. the power
boards hold up well if the set is placed in a well ventilated area, of
course. Also, you will need to refrain from using the plasma unit for a
Computer monitor. this will cause a major burn-in affect that will ruin
It really depends on the model you purchase. i would stay clear of any Sony brands and Dell as well.
