It could be, but take my advice and don`t blow anyone else away just because you heard those words from his mouth and got tossed a cartridge. You will be charged with some form of homicid. You know how you mean`t them here when you typed them out in your question. A lot depends on previous engagement.
I have never witnessed someone that used a knife or gun that displayed either of them beforehand. Usually the attacker starts cutting or shooting after some form of verbal exchange without warning. Maybe you danced too close and too long with his gf or wife...no bad talk needed...his decision to cut or shoot needed no verbal threat.
Most verbal threats or "cool" suggestions with props(tossing cartridges accompanied with a one liner) remain idle if you don`t overreact.
I disagree totally, a friend of mine who is white put on the makeup to make himself appear black along with a wig to do same. The experiment began, he was pulled over and they honestly treated him totally different. So whether you believe it or not, they do treat blacks differently!
This is the question you need to ask your self.
did you consent? No U didnt.
It doesnt mater if you are in a relationship or not.
the key word here is consent. I think you know what you need to do. I strongly advise you to take the advise from the det.
