How was 9/11 tragic?

Not all the victims were white:
1,659 (61%) were non-Hispanic white males, 407 (15%) were non-Hispanic white females, 177 (6%) were Hispanic males, 81 (3%) were Hispanic females, 136 (5%) were non-Hispanic black males, 79 (3%) non-Hispanic black females, 122 (4%) were Asian/Pacific Islander (API) males, and 54 (2%) were API females.

But that's beside the point. Dead humans are a tragedy, regardless of their race or background.

Why should I treat every race equally when not every race behaves equally?

For the sake of argument let us suppose that all persons having some physical characteristic a "race" and all those who are not in that particular "race" do not have that characteristic. To therefore conclude that the race behaves badly you would have to show there was a cause-effect link between the physical characteristic and the actions of every individual having the defining characteristic of that race. For example, if it were that blue-eyed people universally hated cheese and the rest of the world universally loved cheese you could say that there was a good chance that their was a causal link between blue eyes and hating cheese.

But when it comes to the real world scientist have never found a single action or attitude displayed universally by one "race" and not displayed by a single individual outside that "race." No casual link has ever been made between physical attributes and actions and attitudes. What causes people to act badly or well is not there race but their culture. And culture is not the result of race but of conditions, heritage and history. What is at work when you (seem to) claim that some races do not behave as well as others, is that you confuse culture with race. I suspect you do so because in your experience certain actions and attitudes have been consistently displayed by people with similar characteristics. You therefore sense that the race is the cause of the action and attitude. And while there may be a correlation between a certain physical characteristics and certain attitudes and actions, correlation is not causation. It is unlikely that we will ever find that a set of physical attributes unfailingly lead to a particular set of attitudes and/or actions. In other words, "race" is not the cause of the actions and attitudes you might label as "bad," but culture may be.

That there are cultures which are worse than others is hardly disputed, assuming you have any sort of preferences. But one "race" being better than another isn't tenable with our current understanding of how physical attributes influence attitudes and actions. It's culture my friend, not race.

Why don't liberals know that building a wall (that's 20000 year old technology) should be easy for a superpower?

It is easy, but lately governments just don't seem willing to levy the heavy tax burden they did 2000 years ago. A;sp. they no longer have access to slave labor. The latest estimate I've seen is that the wall would cost at least $21 billion dollars. So all the U.S. government has to do is charge every American $1,000, and we can get this wall built.
