Question about moving to new country.?

Hello, I'm from Georgia (country). I'm still 15 but already thinking about moving to other country. (Don't think that I know nothing, I have good life experience). I want to move to Canada, and there are some good reasons, first of all I love Canada, I already searched lots of information about the country, and I totally love it. However the second reason is that I'm studying game programming, and I want to have great Job in game industry (or have my own company) however Georgia is poor, country and it doesn't offer good opportunities yet. Game Programming is absolutely unsupported, and there is no AAA game programmers (I think). My concern is how hard it is to change Citizenship? Also it takes much finances right? Also is it harder to move from poorer country to richer country then moving from rich country to rich country? Please provide me some more details about changing citizenship. How hard it is, how much it costs etc. Also problems after moving to new country. And anything you think will be helpful will be much appreciated. P.S Since I don't have close relationship to relatives, and doesn't have much of friends, itsn't problem to "Leave Them", I mean I won't have any "miss" thoughts and stress to my "old" home and people I know. So there is no point to add this to problems list.
