Question about Cell Phones
Hello Bernard Baudry,
It only means that you Bluetooth is
"on" and capable of functioning... (you should see the
ICOM immediately to the left of your battery bar...
top right side of your logon screen.
You can not be joined unless you PERMIT IT.
If it bothers you ... 2 EASY WAYS to turn it "OFF".
(or on) in your iPhone "4S" is quite simple ...
Same as using the "flash-light"
feature (and on the same page)...
Simply press the "menu" button... flip up your menu
by quickly moving the grey dash at the bottom of your logon screen... (up).
You will see (center top)... the illuminated
- Touch it once (OFF = (not illuminated))
- Touch it again... Illuminates (back on).
ELSE... you can logon to your phone... get into "settings"
and shut it off there... (no reason to do so... unless you are
never planning to use hands-free (more new laws
(your phone may be "paired" to many legal devices)).
You'll be safe and able to respond to EMERGENCIES...
>> IOS 9.3.5 (as high as we "4S" folks can go).

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
