There are many reasons for this happening for example water leaking from a water supply line for the dispenser or ice maker, a crack in the defrost pan, water leaking inside and draining through the refrigerator cabinet, but most are cased by a defrost drain line blockage. Below is a link that may be helpful so try to take it all in and use the parts that most refer to your specific problem, Thanks Sea Breeze click on link below HOW TO FIX A LEAKING REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER If you have more questions or need help feel free to let me know, Thanks, Sea Breeze appliancepartsse@yahoo.com

After about an hour the freezer is 26 and the fridge is 64. The Evap Fan isn't running. I cliped the wires, after I unplugged it of course, and wire nutted them together and ran the unit. I measured 12 volts dc between the white and red wire. So I figured it was a bad fan motor. I purchased a new fan and installed it. Unit still not cooling after an hour. I contacted the appliance repair place and he said that it takes a while even though I explained I had the 12 volts dc going to the motor. Now here's my question, there is a yellow and a blue wire also on that motor harness. Could there be something else that the board is looking for to pass another leg of power to that motor? Because the new one isn't working either. I tested the old one with a nine volt battery. When I hooked the red and the white to the battery I got nothing. But when I twisted the red, blue, yellow together it spun, seemingly slow, but it spun. So that's what brought my question about the other leg from the board. Also I noticed only the bottom 3rd of the evap froze when the compressor ran, so it could be a refrigeration problem too. But it still doesn't explain the problem with the fan.

In my fridgidaire refigerator compartment, the water filter section rear right, plastic housing seems very warm. Water filter is not connected; bottom coolvent for crisper is working fine, producing lots of cool air. I do not feel any cool air on top of refrigerator, appears all cool air is produced only from bottom vent. I have clened rear of all dust , front bottom no dust.
