In my opinion, it is very risky job. It may damage your fridge itself if you are not properly aware of that. I prefer a refrigerator mechanic to do this job.

DEFY F640 Fridge/Freezer side by side. The freezer made clicking sound, and green light flicker for a while then stops. Now it is not freezing anymore.

It could be the theromstat, clicksen or the compressor.
But I think its the clicksen it is faulty and can't handle the amp stress test I hope for your sake other wise I believe its the compressor.

I have a ge side by side refrigerator/freezer and i'm hearing a sizzling sound from the freezer side. Sounds like water is hitting the heating element causing a sizzling noise. Should I empty th


If you are sure the sound is coming from the freezer side, then yes you should empty the frrezer and take off the rear shield. While the heating element is normally encased in glass or plastic. Water droplets hitting an electrical connection could also cause a sizzling sound.

I have defy fridge/freezer combo c380, freezer gets cold at bottom but fridge above does not want to, what can be the problem?


Defrost cycle has problems. Could be defrost timer, heat element, or defrost stat. temporary solution, if you can see ice accumulated inside the fridge on the back wall, desconnect or turn it off, until this ice it's gone, can be use for couple days, until service could be done on it.
