Check the fuel filter

Have you tryed turning it over with a spanner on the crankshaft

The buzzer is the chock on you may need to manually release it.this should fix your problem

They are called Spark plugs.Look at the letters and numbers on the white part of the 'Spark plug'.The 1st bit are the brand,the second bit is the heat range and length of the thread of the spark plug.If the motor used to run well.Buy the same spark plug.Hope this helps you
