Re: pls help me sir

If you know where the virus is....go directly to the file through drive "c" and delete it, or run virus scan for removal.

Sir pls quick heal antivirus pro 2011 product key sir pls send my email

You can use 'Safe mode with networking' (press F8 when computer start few times in 1 second interval, and menu with this option will come). Going to ESET (Nod32) Online Scanner:

Scan computer with recover-cleaning option on.
Some viruses are hard to clean, and one of option is using live CD linux (Mint) and share partitions, and than connect with network cable and clean with antivirus from another computer.

You have free good AVG antivirus (for home users).

Windows without antivirus is very bad thing.

For that purpose, I use linux Mint (based Ubuntu and Debian). And don't need antivirus software.
Good luck!

Uninstall AVG. AVG is probably causing your programs not to open. Uninstall it by using "windows installer cleaner"

How to move documents and programs from a PC running Windows XP (Service Pack 3) onto a brand new Lenovo Tablet computer running Windows 2010 Office & Business? - John Klein

Easy! there are many ways you could tansfer files from one computer to another.
  • The easiest way would be via usb of the desktop to your new Lenovos usb.

  • Use a flashdisk, by copying the files from desktop to your usb connected flashdisk and connect the flashdisk to Lenovo's usb.

  • Try to copy/burn the files from desktop and download the copied files to your Lenovo.

Hope that clears up everything!
Thanks for using Fixya!

I have an Acer aspire 5715-4713 Windows vista hp from 2007. It has become really slow, and i dont know if i have any virus, cause i use nod32. pls help

you may have spyware in addition to a virus, if any. download malwarebytes from and after installing it, update it to the most recent database and scan your computer. Secondly, click start, and from the run line type msconfig and enter. Click the startup tab, and uncheck any programs that you don't want to start automatically every time you turn your computer on (they will still be installed).

Sir, my flash drive (8gb) cannot be 'removed safely' - despite going through safe removal manu. So on every time on my improper ejection some data loses ! What i have to do to make data safe ? pl advise...

If the error cannot be removed safely is coming it means your device is affected by the first you will have to remove the virus from your computer and for removing the virus from your device i am telling the steps plz follow it:
go to RUN and type cmd in your computer.
then type dir/w/o/a/p and enter.
then you will get such as
newfolder.exe and others having.exe or .inf files. so now type
attrib-h-r-s-a*.* and then enter now type like del newfolder.exe or the other one and press enter.
virus from your device has been removed.

How i can update the quick heal anti virus

Hi !!

There can be multiple reasons for that. There is a well known virus which won't allow computers to update antivirus and also in my opinion this antiviirus is not good you can find much better than this. As a computer expert i'll recommend you nod32 and after that Avg. You can install anyone of them it'll give you much better results. Free versions of both are available on websites you can try free version before making purchase decision.

In order to remove virus try this.

Goto command prompt
type cd.. until you reach c drive
then type dnscache
it'll clear you dns cache and you'll be able to visit antivirus site. Update and run full scan.

Actually this virus blocks dns of security sites and redirect to your ip

Hope that helps

To remove spyware

do a system restore. you must have gotten a very special worm or trojan that seems to be acting as a back door. you can also try to start up in safe mode(by pressing f8 during boot) and then delete it.(it may disable the virus) also, try unplugging your ethernet cord from your computer.(may be blue or black, plug on end looks like a very big telephone plug)

Serious TaskManager Problem!!

Task Manager can be disabled by 2 main ways..
[1] Either there is a virus on your machine--
[2]Or It was manually disabled.
--The 1st solution is to get an anti virus which is up to date and run a virus scan to delete the viruses that maybe present.

--The second solution is that on your START MENU, click on "run".
On 'run' type "gpedit.msc"..
Under the "User Configuration" , click on " Administrative Templates"..
Then you double click on "system" .Double click on "Ctrl+Alt+Del Options"... Double Click on " Remove Task Manager" and click on "Disable"... Click on "Apply" and "Ok"
Your Task Manager should now work !!!
