agreed O3 is not a LG error code. OE is more likely and if so it could be the main pcb faulty, a blocked drain pump or a blocked spigot under the sink where the drain hose connects onto.

This is a heater error. The cause is either a bad heating element or bad thermistor (the thermistor is part of the heater assembly). The heater assembly will need to be replaced.

Yes it is the heater unit...

HE means Heating Error - The Element needs to be replaced - Or the Thermistor on it, though if the thermistor was faulty it would give a TE error.

Both parts come as a unit (Usually). I would refer you to a qualified L.G technician in your area
- Replace the element unit, and things would be OK.

SOURCE: LG dishwasher (8 yrs old) displays error code FE approx 5 minutes before drying cycle ends. Dishes are washed properly but not dried well.

This error or fault code indicates that the washer is overfilling due to a defective water inlet valve. The valve is not repairable and will need to be replaced if faulty, too much water.
