Question about Kelvinator Dishwashers
Hi There I got a KD12 DSS-2 Kelvinator dishwasher. It go throughout the whole cleaning cycle and looks like it has done the job. Even switch off no problem and no error message. But when you open the lid to remove the dishes you discover that the detergent was not released properly in the bin and the dishes is not clean? You can see see there was a heating cycle. I then removed the dishes and let it run a complete cycle. The only thing I could pick up it is giving a thumping and grinding sound at some stage but still no errors and a complete cycle. Let me know what could be the problem?

Testimonial: "Hi Ray Yes it is filling with water I have opened the unit at the back and found that the electric motor that is suppose to push the water into the tunnel for the blades to turn doesn't work/run at all. Could that be the motor cycle from the program that is not running or what can I do to test the motor?"
