SOURCE: Choked upload?

Hiya Masklin... go in to network connections... there will probably be 2 connections showing.. if you are the only user through your router.. disable lan 2.. trying to get two connections through same port.. which is more than likely at fault.
It will be the Ethernet connection that you need to leave enabled.. this should eliminate your problem ..

Samsung sgh-t669 blue outline with red lettering saying SGH-T669 . QSC62XX More than Downloader V5.51 How do i fix it and make it start?

A few things,
1. The menu you are seeing is "Boot Mode" on most android devices it looks just like this, think of it like the control menu, or recovery mode screen on a Windows PC.
2. You can access this screen yourself, to put most android devices into boot mode you have to perform a hard reset to initiate this. To perform a hard reset, you want to simultaneously hold the power button, and the the volume down button for 10-15 seconds, after 10 seconds or so the phone will appear to power down and restart, as soon as the device powers off, and the screen lights up again release the power button, and continue holding the volume down key. You will then see the boot menu for android, from here the device should allow you to: 1. View your IMEI number, 2. restart the device normally,3. (this is how you root android phones, but I highly recommend not to do that, unless your experienced in jail breaking)

If you perform all said steps, you may have a phone that someone tried to root it, and didn't successfully complete the load of new software, which sadly makes the phones useless most of the time, and not able to save.

Good luck!

For android, 'Factory Hard Reset' through recovery mode and than Recover Data from your Backup Email Account.
Android recovery mode:
1. power off phone than
2. hold volume up, home & power keys at same time
3. release all 3 buttons when samsung screen flickers/appear with a warning
4. use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe data factory reset'
5. when done go back to main recovery menu, select reboot system now.
Now Enter your email address (used for backup) to recover data.
Hope this help you.

    How to unlock samsung E1272

try this one If safe mode doesn't help fix your device, you can perform a hard reset by booting into a special recovery mode. First, ensure your device is fully shut down.
Press and hold the correct keys to boot the device into recovery mode. This will vary from device to device. Here are some examples:
    • Nexus 7: Volume Up + Volume Down + Power
    • Samsung Galaxy S3: Volume Up + Home + Power
    • Motorola Droid X: Home + Power
    • Devices With Camera Buttons: Volume Up + Camera
Similar devices will likely use similar key combinations. For example, the Nexus 4 also uses Volume Up + Volume Down + Power.
If your device isn't on this list and none of the above methods work, do a Google search for the name of your device and "recovery mode" - or look in the device's manual or support pages.
Release the buttons when the device powered on. You'll see an image of an Android lying on its back with its chest open and its internals revealed.
    android-boot-menu.jpg
Press the Volume Up and Volume Down keys to scroll through the options until you seeRecovery mode on the screen.
    recovery-mode-option.jpg
Press the Power button to restart into recovery mode. You'll soon see an Android with a red triangle.
    android-recovery-mode1.jpg
Hold down the Power button and tap Volume Up. You'll see the Android system recovery menu appear at the top of your screen.
    android-system-recovery-menu.jpg
Select wipe data / factory reset with the volume keys and tap the Power button to activate it.
Select Yes - erase all user data with the volume buttons and tap Power. Your device will be reset to its factory state and all your data will be erased.
    android-wipe-data-factory-reset.jpg
If your device freezes at any point, hold down the Power button until it restarts.

    If You Can Boot

You can reset your Android phone or tablet normally from its Settings screen. Tap the Backup & reset option on the latest versions of Android or tap Privacy if you're using Android 2.3.
    android-backup-and-reset1.png
Tap the Factory data reset option and to through the reset of the steps to confirm the factory reset.
    android-factory-data-reset.png
If the factory reset process doesn't fix your problems - or doesn't work at all - it's likely that there's a problem with your device's hardware. If it's still under warranty, you should have it fixed or replaced.
(There's one exception to this: If you've been flashing custom ROMs and messing with your device's low-level software, it's possible that you could have overwritten the stock recovery software. In this case, it's possible that you have a software problem and not a hardware problem.)

Safe mode can help you troubleshoot your Android, but sometimes you'll need to wipe everything and restore your device to its factory state. You can even perform a factory reset when your Android phone or tablet won't boot normally.
Ensure you have any important data backed up before doing a reset. This includes your Google Authenticator credentials, which will be lost during the reset. Disable two-factor authentication on your accounts first or you'll experience some trouble afterwards.
