Question about American Standard - Lavatory Faucet - Single Hole - Seva - 1480.105.002

Open Question

I have an American Standard one piece low boy push button toilet with an engine and I am having problems changing the toilet seat. I can reach the bolt on the inside on one side but the engine keeps me from reaching the bolt on the other side. I think I bought this toilet around 1998 or 1999, I think. Have you seen one like this

Toilets are refilling between flushes

Replace the flappers, and clean around the flapper seat.

Make sure the water level is 1/2 " below the large vertical tube by either bending the float rod down or adjust the skinny silver rod on a Fluidmaster unit.
