You obviously have water damage to the phone and perhaps there is still moisture inside the case and the screen, causing problems If you think there is water in the phone, pull the battery if possible and put the phone in a container of rice for a few days and see if that helps. If the phone is dry, you perhaps damaged the battery and or the screen and perhaps one or both need replaced if you care to invest the time and money to repair the phone.
