goto menu then goto phonebook or contacts then scroll down you will find an option of copying or moving then copy or move the contacts from phone memory to sim memory then insert your sim into your new mobile then you will see all of your contacts are there.

This is controlled in your settings menu under 'Fixed Dial'. (or similar command). You will need to change this setting.
I do not have a copy of the user guide for your phone but for most phones these are the directions:
When you turn on fixed dialing, you
can call only numbers stored in the
fixed dial list.
Turn fixed dialing on or off:
- > Settings > Security > Fixed Dial
Use the fixed dial list:
- > Settings > Tools > Dialing Services
> Fixed Dial

I'm not sure what you're asking, so I'll answer every scenario I can think of.
A) your not getting your messages. Go to settings, application, and swipe right to look at all applications. Clear data of your messaging app and then reboot the phone. Try to receive message now. If it doesn't work, go to google play and download a new messaging app. If that doesn't work try a factory restore. If that doesn't work, u probably have a problem with your wireless carrier. Go to them and ask
B)you downloaded a new messenger app but the old one is still popping up messages and you want it to stop. Go to your settings and find the application you wish to stop. Click it in the list and hit disable.
Hope I helped!
