Question about Samsung Tablets & eReaders
This galaxy tab s2 sm-t710nzwexar wifi only model was sent to me by Samsung to replace my Galaxy tab s 8.4 sm-t700 wifi only after the repair center finally said that it would be several weeks to get any parts. So a Samsung Rep contacted me in Aug 2015 to say I have to exchange it for something else and if I didn't respond to the email in 3 days time that Samsung would return my under warranty tablet back unrepaired. So they sent me a Galaxy tab s2 sm-t710nzwexar and that was received by me 4 days before the official release date of September 2nd 2015. It has been having a lot of account issues and every time I go to the store or web I am asked if I mean model SM-T713NZKEXAR. On the product page on the samsung website it has a different image then the description and no relevant information or simulation to help me. It has manuals that have the marshmallow 6.0 OS legal info but no way to download any upgrade from 5.1.2 to 6.0.1 androi OS. Can anyone please provide me with any information as to why I was given this tablet as a replacement when its clearly not comparable to what I had with my Tab s 8.4. Customer support has never had any answers or returned any calls. EVEN E.C.R HAS Not returned calls to me they scheduled to make with me. They have ignored my requests for the confirmation paperwork that my old tablet arrived at the exchange center and a copy of the new Tab s2 order confirmation they said I would be getting upon them sending out the replacement so I would know when it shipped. Anyone got any ideas or answers. Thank you in advance
Looks like a valid model - e.g. portableone.com is selling it, but to verify, check the About information on the Settings screen. Samsung should be able to track it using the tablet's MAC address. Try Samsung Global in case this model is one sold outside North America.
