iOS: An app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won't open
Learn what to do if an app you downloaded from the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won't open.
Follow the steps below and test the app after each step.
Restart the app
Close the app and open it again.
Restart your device
Turn the device off and on.
Update your device software and your apps
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
Update your apps:
Open the App Store and tap Updates.
If updates are available, tap Update All.
If asked, enter your Apple ID password. The updates will download and install.
You might need a Wi-Fi connection to update some apps.
Install another app from the App Store
If your installed app won't open, download and install a free app that isn't on your iOS device. This should reset your Apple ID authorization.
Remember to use the same Apple ID that you used to download the app that you're having issues with.
Reinstall the app
Remove the app from your device and reinstall it. Remember that deleting an app also deletes its data.
Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.
If the download stops, you can resume it.
Contact the developer
If you see the issue again, contact the developer of the app for help:
Find the app in the App Store.
Tap the app and tap Reviews.
Tap App Support.

Press 0, then press 5 OR For tech support, have serial number ready. Don't press zero -- say "iPhone Support" (or whatever product you're calling about). The system will ask you for serial number and get you right to someone who can help
Not, unless your PC is a phone.
Whatsapp is a (smart)mobile phone messenger that uses the phone number as the account name.
There are not even apps for tablets to use whatsApp, because they also don't have a phone number.
Depending on your service provider, you can block a call and specify the number to be blocked with hitting (*60). The phone will not ring when that person calls.
Another thing is anonymous call blocking which block well... anonymous calls. =]
For this you will have to have a file explorer app like ASTRO or ESExplorer.
The above link is for Astro.
You have to do this using your tablet browser. Click on the download here button and once it does it will be in your download list.Click and the App installer will activate and you can install Astro . Now once Astro is installed you can browse your memory card and if your place the apk files on it you can click from within astro and it will ask if you want to browse file or install, select install and enjoy. The installer will ask for certain permissions so you have to click accept so that the app continues to install. Be careful with pirated apps they are rewritten with malicious code that can steal your private data.Only install legit apps to be safe.
