Then i fear your phone is a bit broken.
try to ahev a local tecnician check it out, else it'll be a new phone i think, cause benq's aren't really sold these days anymore, right?
still i do hope it can be fixed, but i just really if it can be fixed at home.

Your cellphone may contain or infected with a virus, try to format or deep reset your phone. Be sure to back-up all the contacts. Im sure this could help you..To format just dial *#7370# and then ok, the default password is 12345.
