hi, where did you buy this product from, this is a help site where people who have problems with equipment they have bought want help, we dont actually sell anything we have no catalogue or shop.
the way this site works is you post your problem in the forum for the experts to see and then one of them will pick your problem and offer you some help and guidance on solving your problem.
the experts dont work for the site we just sign into the site to offer our advice and guidance, we dont actually sell anything.
so the only help this site can off you is if you tell us the company you brought this product from then we can pass on a complaint saying that you have spoken to us and you are not happy with the product and would like a replacement or refund. But without you telling us the company involved we cant do anything.
If the company passed you onto this site to make a complaint then i need to warn you that it sounds like they are trying to fob you off and pass you onto someone else who cant really do anything for you,
say your car broke down and you didnt know the cause i could then help you find the cause and tell you what you need to do to solve your problem, or if your washing machine has an error code then i can help you find and solve the problem.
But as for getting a refund this is not possible from this site as we do not sell or endorse any products we only offer help and advice to people who have a technical or fault problem with a product and as you want a refund then all you have to do is contact the company that sold you the product.
if you would like me to contact the company for you and pass a complaint on then your going to need to give me the companies name and details and also your details so as they can contact you to resolve any problem you have
im sorry i cant give you a refund but if you look at our site we dont actually sell anything we only help you solve any problems you may have with a product, now i know you have a problem with a product but we cant offer you any refund as we never sold you anything and we never sell anybody anything, so i that respect i cant help you
but if the company told you to contact us for a refund then this is something different and something we could take up as this is something they shouldnt do and they would be breaking the law by passing this site off as the site that sold you something.
