Good Afternoon friend, I appreciate your post!
From what you have described your Frigidaire dishwasher is displaying an error code of "CL" and you have replaced the latch. Since the latch has been replaced it could be a problem with the wiring harness or main control. I would recommend having a professional out to perform a diagnosis and this will help you to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Best of luck! -Matt

Good Morning Jimpat Holmes, thank you for your inquiry!
I understand that you are having an error code "ER" displayed on the panel of your Frigidaire dishwasher. Normally, "ER" stands for error code and that can be a miscommunication within the board. I would perform a reset on your dishwasher and you can do that by disconnecting power from your dishwasher for ten minutes. If you continue to receive an error code you could be experiencing an issue within the control panel or faulty wiring harness. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt

Thank you for your inquiry, friend!
Based off the information you have provided "CL" stands for close door. If you continue to experience an issue with the "CL" error code I would recommend having a professional come out to your home and diagnose your appliance. "CL" could be a problem within your door switch or main control board. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt
