This alert popped up on a new system all of 4 months old. I do not have an answer to 80.01 error however with the error my system had completely shut down. I rebooted the thermostat (950 WiFi Com.) which did nothing. I then turned off power to the AC unit at my indoor breaker box for 1 minute and that did reset the AC and allowed the system to come back online.

I can't find the meanings but I'm assuming this is a 950 WiFi communicating tstat? If you click on the alert it should tell you the definition of what it is. Also enter the diagnostic screen and enter the summary table. You will see a list of communicating devices. If one is "offline," this is your problem. Try to refresh or then remove the device that is offline. Good Luck. Let me know!!

This is very important so pay attention. When manufacturers tell
you a bag is rated for -10 Celsius, they mean that it will keep you alive at a
temperature down to -10 Celsius. They don't mean you'll be comfortable. You'll
freeze but you'll survive to tell about it. For comfort, you need a sleeping
bag rated about 20 Celsius to 25 Celsius colder than the expected nighttime
temperature on your camping trip. For example if you are expecting zero degree
nights, then buy a -20 Celsius to -25 Celsius sleeping bag.
