Question about Samsung Televison & Video
The LED on the logic card flashes 4 sec on, 3 sec off. I checked the power supply board. All voltages there is fine, 5V, 15V. All good. When I unplug the paper cable between the logic board to the main Y board, the LED flashes 1 sec on 1 sec off. The Va and Vs comes to the correct level. But Ve and Vsc is still way too low. Ve is about 20v and Vsc -70v. I disconnected the Y driver chip boards, with no change in the voltages. Does this mean the X ans well as Y board is faulty? The specific tv had its plasma screen changed 2 times in its life already, is it maybe the screen again?

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
