Contact your service provider through their customer care number tell them your problems and they should give you your PUK code , have pen and paper ready to write down the code you are given . hope this sorts your problem.
Just contact the customer service centre from any other mobile number using the same service as yours. provide customer service agent with the set of serial numbers on the back of your SIM card. The agent will provide the Puk code. Use it to umlock your phone.
You need to activate GPRS service on your sim because your phone is GPRS ready. To do this you need to call the customer care number and ask them to activate gprs on your number. Also ask them to give the configuration settings of your model that will automatically configure your mobile to use GPRS.

2) Advance Option 3) Security settings 4) Please check if the incoming sms message is enabled 5) if it is enabled then please remove it.
