Question about Logitech QuickCam Express Web Camera
When skyping with my logitec webcam, I can see myself clearly in the small window on my screen, but the people I'm talking to in the bigger screen are cut up in alternately flashing green and black blocks.
1st You download Webcam Driver.
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

1st: Reinstall the driver from the Logitech website http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/480/3403&cl=ca,en
2nd: Try a different USB port for the cam
3rd: Try a different USB cable
4rth: Your camera is dying and needs to be replaced
