Put it in a bag of dried rice sealed in a warm place for a day take it out and try to turn it on if still no life get a repair quote or buy a new one unless you have phone insurance that covers water damage

James I did that and still won't work but I think I ruined it by charging it right away

That would be highly likely so buying a replacement will be the cheapest option but get a repair quote if possible

I would have attempted to remove the back cover and the battery and spray plenty of canned air at it then I would've done the dried rice thing..

Take out the battery from it immediately. Contact the authorized service center. Hot-air treatment to internal circuit board is necessary.

Jaysus!!! You have a warranty on that iPhone I hope!!! If you don't then you simply have to buy a new one. Sorry, but toilet damage is indeed 'the end of it'.

IPhone 4S won't turn on

Try holding down your Home Button and your Lock Button at the same time for about 10 seconds or until you see the apple logo. This will restart your phone and should resolve your problem!

I dropped my iPhone in the toilet, dried it out with rice so it's functional, but i can barely see my screen. Is there anything I can do to brighten it up at all?

Did you completely dry it out before you turned it on? Turning it on before all the water is out could have caused the problems with the screen.
However, I believe the Apple store replaces water damaged iPhones for around 199 dollars, so that might be your nest feasible option.

The light on my ipod touch dose not turn on?

hold the sleep button for about 5-6 seconds and restart it. Try that a few times, and then if that does not work, connect it to the computer and hit the 'restore' button and see if it will restore the light. Try to charge it also, sometimes that will help.
