Need new medicare card

The procedure depends on where you are.

If in Australia contact Human Services (which includes Medicare)

on 132011. To avoid phone queues I think it is best to go, or send someone, to a Medicare office.

How do I change my medicare address?

You go to the Social Security website www.ssa.gov and you can change your address there. You "should" have already created an account with your username and password, but if not you should do so now. Then you can manage your account information there, including phone number and address changes. You link to Medicare through the SSA.gov It pretty much will guide you through the process using various links and drop down menus. You can always call your Medicare phone numbers listed on the big Medicare book you receive in the mail every year.

Medicare card replacement

Are you in Australia? I don't know how they do it elsewhere eg Canada

In Oz, ring 132011 and tell them you need a current card. I think they have probably lost your current address. You do need to get a new one as some officious wombats want that.
