Question about John Deere Garden
The temperature gauge runs in the lower portion of the green. Regular maintenance on all filters. Recently replace fuel filter assembly due to broken elbow. Having same issue before and after changing assembly. Seems to have adequate fuel flow.

The fuel injection pump has a fuel supply from the fuel filter and a fuel return line from the fuel injections to the fuel tank. This fuel return line is kinked or restricted in some way . Repair fuel return line and it will run. Check return line and fitting on injection pump also. If it is an electrical problem it is most likely the operator presense switch in the seat overheating and loosing connection then cooling off after a few minutes.. Check it out.
