That should be plenty for surfing the net when you're not near any wifi you can connect to. When at home or anywhere there is wifi that you can use, switch off data use on your phone so you don't use up your data. Go to settings and turn the "Cellular" off. If you like watching videos, say on youtube, these take up quite a bit of data. Make sure your cellular is in off mode so you only use wifi when watching them. you can always check on your phone to see how much data you've used so you don't go over.

Cannot put a memory on my n95 8gb china phone???

N95 8GB has only mass storage memory. It does not have a slot for micro SD memory cards. Best method of data transfer is to use the USB to Mini-USB cable (should have come packaged with handset) and choose on the handset Mass Storage mode on connection for easiest and quickest data transfer.

Loss of mass memory Nokia N95 8GB

Use any data recovery software while phone connected to PC, and run recovery on this phones removable drive. Remember to save recovered data on PC 1st to check for corrupt files, & later transfer it to phone. Some data recovery apps I know are Easy Recovery, GetDataBack, file scavenger. You can always my trusted friend Google Search to help you find a data recovery app for removable drives.

Not showing full memory-China mobile N95 8GB

You can try to restore to factory default with *#7780# (you will not lose any data).

If it doesn't work, backup all your data first because you will lose all and do a soft reset with *#7370# (default pass is 12345).

As a last resort there is the hard-reset:
1) Make sure phone is fully charged and switched off.

2) Press simultaneously the green "call" button, "*" and "3" and keep them down.

3) With those 3 keys down, switch the phone on.

4) Release the 3 keys when the phone shows signs of life such as the Nokia logo or the language selection screen.

N95 8GB.Problem in connecting the phone through USB cable

I suspect the message you're receiving is:

"Unable to Activate Data Transfer Mode. Mass memory is in use by another application."

It's likely that several applications are running in the background of your phone. I believe the N95 runs on the Symbion OS. I'm not sure how to walk you through pulling up a task manager application to manually close the running applications, but the simple answer to this problems is for you to turn your phone completely off and turn it back on again. This should close all the applications that were running in the backgound.

Hope this helps.

Micro card

When I bought the phone I wanted to use a bigger Memory card. I was told it will only recognize 2gb. The booklet that comes with phone says the same thing, so would assume that is why it says full. Assuming of course youre trying to use more than 2gb at the moment.
