Don't worry,sign in into your paypal acc. and find the transaction,click on "detail",this will take you to another page"TRANSACTION DETAIL",in the bottom of that page find "RESOLUTION CENTER" and click it,on the next page you can start your dispute.You are protected buy Paypal buyers protection but you have only 45 days to place your dispute.

Sounds Like you have a filter in place. Try far right options > more options > filters, you can build up to 100 filters. remove teh yahoo filter. if that's not it - yahoo has a help desk you can email.

I don't think they are blocking any messages from SWREG or REGNOW. MTA is known as Message Transfer Agent. MHS (Internet Message Handling Services) uses Agents such as MTA which is a Process or a Software Agent implemented to Transfer mails between two Machines. Its a Single Hop Transaction. The Protocol used is SMTP. MTS will receive mails from Mail Submission Agent (MSA), or a Mail User Agent (MUA). If you use any software to receive mails such as mail clients they would use POP3 or IMAP Protocols. As an example "The Exchange Server". Since you are using a Web Interface, such MUAs are not required. Yahoo usually allows any source and the clients have to send mails properly in order to receive at the other side. Its better to check your SPAM MAIL box. There is no block or restriction. If you didn't receive their mail please contact them and let them know.

This isn't really a problem that can be fixed here on Fixya rather than advise you as a buyer. You'd have to contact the people/company you have purchased the filters from and take it up with them regarding the postage. Hope you get a decent reply.
