99.99% chance it is a spam / phishing email.
Don't click on any links within the email!!!
This is a standard technique of online fraudsters:
They frighten you into thinking you have committed to spend some money, or have already paid
You then click a link in the email - WHICH LOOKS LIKE THE WEBSITE IT CLAIMS YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM!
This is actually a fake link and you then type in your login details, effectively giving them directly to the fraudsters
You then find that the actual ***** will follow very soon afterwards...
If the suspect email gives details of how you are supposed to have placed the order, then go direct to that online site and check from there (iTunes, eBay, Amazon, etc.)
