I got a living social membership to costco, which may be different, but I needed to take my email (in print or on my phone) to the store's customer service desk and activate it. The groupon voucher's instructions should be clear, but if not, you can stop in the store (with your groupon voucher or phone in hand) to see what they need you to do. If they can't activate it that day, you can ask for a one-day shopping pass, which they'll probably grant you for free. Just make sure you have a check, an atm card or an AMEX because Costco doesn't accept Visa or MC.

try taking the top off steering and spraying the speed pot and all connecters with contact cleaner/lubricant from Radioshack.I did this today and now the cosco scooter runs real well.

is cosco cribs recalled at all?

most home stores have this material in the carpet section. Use Plio-Bond glue and you'll be all set.

I also have a Cosco baby bed. The side rail will not stay up, latch missing and needed parts.
Call Cosco Inc. 1-800-544-1108. I called Cosco and they asked me for the baby bed model # and date it was made. My baby bed was made 09/94. The model # and date are located under the bed.
They had the parts and are shipping them to me. I will have my bag of new parts in 7 days.
COSCO was so helpful.
