I have a client with heavily highlighted hair (level 9/10). Natural level is a 5/6. She wants all old highlights covered and brought all back to natural color. What formulation would you recommend?

I use Goldwell!

Aging 21B6H red colour

As redheads age, they don't necessarily go gray immediately, according to Scrivo. "They tend to fade, become a murkier and look washed out." To reclaim youthful ginger locks, you have choices: brighten the hair with a glaze, use a color-enhancing shampoo to bring out its natural pigment, or add a few highlights.Just be sure your red doesn't come off looking fake. "There are reds that are obviously artificial," Scrivo explains, "like blue-based or violet-based that look like red wine or sherry. These are not typically created in nature." Dark or bright red locks can make a statement and be beautiful, but sometimes they need a few highlights or a bit more copper to look natural and make you look younger. "That way it's softer, more believable and more flattering," adds Scrivo.

How to Use the Highlight Text Tool in DocQ?

1.Go to
2.Upload your PDF.
3.Select the "Markup" tools on the left. This will display the available tools. The one that looks like a pen towards the bottom is the highlighter. Select it.
4.Choose the font size which you want to highlight in properties on right side of app. This provides a way for DocQ to create a highlight of the same text size.
5. Click and drag your mouse over the text you wish to highlight. It works like a physical highlighter, so you need to pick up and re-click on subsequent lines of text.
6.Align any of the highlights to better cover the text.

I have my hair dyed dark brown but it always comes out two toned with a lighter color in it kind of red. she uses an ash now . the top is always two toned. just want a more solid dark brown

I'm assuming you are a brunette... I am too and this happens to a lot of us when it comes to dying our hair. Most brunettes have natural red or sometimes a dark blond highlights so there for when we dye it it will come out two toned. Everybody's hair has some type of natural highlight. However if you were to have blond hair and went straight to a dark brown it will actually permanently stain the hair causing any further dying is to be expected. Try dying your hair bases darker than the second tone. Next time try a cheasnut brown paying extra attention to the known areas of discoloration. Hope that helps hun

Do i start ontopo head or bottom

Hello There,

My best friend is a hairdresser and he's taught me to be be self sufficient as he lives on the other side of the country. Okay I believe it generally makes everything easier if you start from the bottom and work up ( that goes for heat straightening and curling your hair, or one colour dying your hair. Use sectioning clips to to keep the hair out of the way as you work upwards). As for the highlighting kit, the same rules apply, start at the bottom and work up. Put the cap with the holes in it on ( before applying the cap, I would comb and part my hair the way I wear it: side part, centre part, etc). Next use your hook tool to pull out ( from the base of the cap up) little highlights of hair. Be gentle with long hair, slide it out carefully through the don't want to tug too hard as you will enlarge the hole and cause scalp / dye leakage. I would recommend pulling out the width of two pieces of spaghetti ( anymore and they look like skunk stripes) . When you get around your face, become a little less symmetrical / the sun is random so pick your pieces carefully :) !! The shows metal sectioning clips ( I have at least 12 at most times they make all hair work lighting fast). They are available at most beauty supply stores, chemists, etc. I prefer the metal to the plastic ones because they really hug your head and are lighter and cheaper. It's a little tip but you'll love me for it <3 Good luck thrifty gals everywhere!! 042ab3d1-ec35-42da-b08e-8908d2994abc.jpg

My hair is naturally black but at 44 it is 90% grey. I used the med natural for 10 min and it has brown highlights. Some guys have used the dark ash and said they're hair went reddish something I...

Hello Dear

The Dark natural is the best choice but when your hair grow they are naturally grey or white, the show a great different that look odd sometimes. Try one tone down in darker shades. Ash grey is a good option if that suits you and your complexsion. If you need further assisstance tell me your complexsion tone.
Hope it will help you.
