Probably a power supply problem, usually a capacitor.

While i don't recall that particular pro lemme alot of Toshiba sets had an issue with the ballast boars. Basically over time the solder connection s get hot and cool so much that the joints Crack and breal. The ballast board may need to be resoldered. If you choose to try this yourself...be advised there are very high voltages inside a tv that can seriously hurt or kill you.

My tv isnt coming on. first it was a flashing blue light. Manual said it was the fan, checked and it's fine, now no led and no screen. Fan is still running though...

same TV same problem!! Only my LED is still on and flashing. The screen never actually turns on. I'm not sure if you tried to turn it off but I did and about 5 seconds later it will turn itself back on. Again, manual says it's the fan.. I popped the back open checked it and cleaned it but still nothing. Maybe trying to reboot but I left it on for 2 days straight and nothing came back to life. I just took it to a repair shop this weekend so I guess we will see! I will post any answer they give me!

65 hd projection tv -no picture-red power light is flashing-help

There are many circuit failures that can cause the TV to do this. By far the most common issue is a failure of the convergence output ICs. Expect to spend $350-450 to fix this.

Yellow, blue and red lights

This could indicate a temperature problem. Make sure the lamp fan is running and that
none of the vents on the back are blocked. If you place your ear near the lamp access
door you should be able to hear the fan.
