How do I unlock channels - Radio Communications

I am sharing a few steps with you. This steps solved your problem easily. Hopefully these steps solved your problem .

Steps:

1. Press the Menu button on your remote control.
2. Select Settings.
3. Highlight System and press OK/Select.
4. Select Parental/Purchase.
5. Enter your Parental Controls PIN.
6. Select Parental Preferences.

To unlock all channels:
Select Unlock All and press OK.

To lock or unlock specific channels:
Select Block by Channel > Add or Remove Channels.
From there you can select to Unlock All, or
select specific channel(s) that you'd like to unlock.

How to lock or unlock channelsTo lock or unlock channels:

1. Press the Menu button on your remote control.

1. Press Hold.
2. Enter the channel number you want to unlock and press Hold again. (You can also press Hold and scroll to the channel.)
3. Press l/O. L/O (or TL/O) disappears.

Unlock all Channels in Banks Currently Enabled for Scan

1. Press Hold to stop scanning.
2. Press and hold l/O until Confirm Unlock All Channels? appears in the display.
3. Press Pgm/E to unlock all or . Clr to cancel.

To unlock all your channels do the following:

Press Mon/Hold, press 1, now press L/O, channel 1 is now unlocked.

Continue through the steps above until all channels are unlocked and you'll be scanning with glee.

Channel Lockout You can lock out a channel so it is not scanned. Channel Lockout does not erase the frequency from the channel. You can lock out up to 50 channels, including the Priority channel.
Lockout information is retained in the memory when the scanner is turned off.To Lock out a Channel
Example: Suppose you want to lock out Channel 2 because it stops on transmissions you don't want to hear.Press LOCKOUT when the scanner stops on Channel 2.The scanner locks out Channel 2, Then it immediately advances to the next channel that is not locked out, and resumes scanning.In the Manual mode, press LOCKOUT to lock out the displayed channel. Pressing LOCKOUT does not advance to the next channel in Manual mode.L/O appears in the display to indicate the displayed channel is locked out.Whenever you want to search for channels that are locked out, press MANUAL repeatedly to go through all 50 channels. If a channel is locked out, L/O
appears in the display.Restore a Locked Out Channel To unlock a channel so that it can be monitored during scanning:1. Press MANUAL repeatedly to find the locked out channel.2. Press LOCKOUT again to unlock the displayed channel. L/O no longer appears in the display.Restore All Locked Out Channel To unlock all channels, you must be in the Manual Mode.1. Press MANUAL.

Locking/Unlocking Banks When you are scanning conventional banks, the scanner displays the digit corresponding to all unlocked banks. To lock out a bank so that the scanner does not scan its channels, press the letter that corresponds to the bank. The bank's letter disappears from the display. To unlock locked-out banks, simply press that bank's letter again. The bank's letter appears on the display and the scanner includes that bank when scanning. Note: You cannot lock out all banks. One bank must be unlocked at all times. Locking/Unlocking Channels To lock out a channel so that the scanner does not stop on it while scanning, press L/O when the scanner is stopped on that channel, or manually select the channel and press L/O. To unlock the channel, manually select it and press L/O again. Restoring All Locked Out Channels You can restore all locked-out channels in a bank only when the bank is selected for scan. Follow these steps to restore all locked-out channels in a bank. 1. If you de-selected the bank, press SCAN then press the bank's letter. 2. Press MANUAL. 3. Hold down L/O for about 2 seconds. The scanner beeps twice and unlocks all To delete a stored frequency, press 0 then press E. Channels with no frequencies are automatically locked out hope this helps

the unlock command is done from the manual mode.

If you scanner is in the scan mode, push the "MANUAL"button to stop the scanning feature.

Next you need to go to the channel you want to unlock. If you are only a few channels away, while in the manual mode, push the up or down arrows to step (one push per channel to be stepped though) to the channel to be unlocked.

A direct method is to enter the channel number on the keypad and then push the "manual" button. The display should show the channel you desire.

If the channel lockout is on, the second line on the display will show "LO+". Push the keypad button marked "L/OUT" once. The "LO+" should change on the display from uppercase to a lowercase "lo+". The channel is now unlocked.

To unlock a channel, press 'manual' & keep pressing it until you reach the channel that's locked out, then press 'L/O'. Repeat until all channels are unlocked.

To program, press 'manual' until you get to the first "empty" channel, then enter the desired frequency using the keypad, then press 'E'. Repeat as needed.

and i have also buy sanyo tv kit 360 ch fit in my old bpl 20"tv and i know for unlock tv channel.
try this this code definetly is solve your problem.
1st go to the locked channel.
and then press menu>system>child lock
and then press and hold down tv/av key and press swap key.
and see locked channel is unlock.
