I typed in your stated model number into the website of SearsPartsDirect and they say you are missing a number or two or three.
If you could provide that website the whole number, they should have that part you need and can ship it to you.
God bless your efforts.

How do I fix my snowblower when the wheels won,t move ahead or back

Sounds like gear on axle shaft broke shear bolt or key. Take bottom plate off base of snowblower. It is ok to tip snowblown up on front end so wheels are in air. After plate is off turn wheels and see if drive gear is moving with axle. If not key way or bolt has broken off, replace and will be back in motion.

30 in. craftsman snow thrower, model no. 247.883960,pulls to the right

If your blower uses the two wheels to drive which I think it does I would suggest that you have a shear pin on the right side that is broken. If that is the case you will have to pull the wheel off and replace the shear pin. You can tell if it's broken by lifting the right side and trying to turn the wheel by hand.If it turns easily its broken.
This is an idea only. You might want to check both wheels as I'm not sure as far as the steering is concerned.

Have a craftsman DYS4500 with a front mount snowblower only one rear wheel on right side will turn on ice with chains on both rear wheels you cant move machine just spins on right

yes this is correct that is called a " differential" it allows you to turn in circles without one wheel dragging in grass, larger 4wd drive tractors have what is called a "diff Lock" that can be engauged this pins both tires on same axle together and keeps them both turning in low traction surfaces,

im unaware of any craftsman that is made with a "diff LOck"

Snowblower stalls without reason and now makes a squeeling noise. craftsman 8.5 hp model 536.891851

Check the drive belts at the engine for wear or damage. It could also be a bad bearing at some point in the auger/impeller or wheel drive. Try to pinpoint the source of the noise and what you do that makes it squeal. Good luck!

My Craftsman 26" 9HP snowblower pulls to the left. Any ideas?

You likely have it in one wheel drive, try lifting the rear wheals of the ground to check and see if both wheels tirn at the same speed. If they don't then you need to change the wheel that is not turning into a drive wheel by removing the pin and putting it back in in the lock position[usually the next hole back in the axle].

My troy-bilt 8.5 horse 26 inch wide snowblower wont move anymore.

Take the belt cover off that covers the drive pulley on the engine. You should only have to loosen two bolts. Inspect the belt to see what it looks like. I am not sure if it drives a gear box or if it turns a friction wheel that drives the wheels. If the belt looks good check for shear bolts that might have sheared off and replace them.

Screws on my Sears track drive snowblower unthread themselves.

Back wheels have a gear that connects to the drive chain. on each side. those spin.
The front ones which are Idlers do not spin as the idler wheel as a bushing in it that allows free motion on the shaft without resistance. Use a nylock nut with Locktight for starters. The try that.

Hope this helps. -Jeff anchorage small engine repair.
