Install printer via Control panel, "Add printer" and browse to locate driver. If you do it automatic through the USB it will not work. Mine WORKS now!! Do check that the paper size is A4 also.
All the best...

SOURCE: My Hp c8100 wireless printer

The problem is with your wireless router. Most likely cause is that the wireless router or AP has lost connection to the printer. I had the same problem and rebooted my wireless router and problem disappeared.

SOURCE: printer keeps printing same document so i can not delete it

You have to erase it from it's memory. If you have already tried to cancel it via your pc and it didn't work, try this: turn off the printer. Entirely, from the wall socket. Turn off your computer. Then turn them on again. Both the computer and your printer should erase the document from their memory, so it will stop the printing.

SOURCE: I bought a Canon MP610

See the manufacturer's web-site:

http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp610#Specifications

for specifications for your printer.

It says that it has a USB interface, and an optional BlueTooth interface.

If you have that optional interface, then you do have "wireless" capability, if your computer itself also has BlueTooth capability.

I would like to print pictures from my iPad. I went into WiFi and it ask for a password. What is the password? Then will I be able to print from my iPad?

Unless your printer is made to work with wireless printing, it will not work. If it is wireless capable, then call them to setup your connection. The PW is likely programmed into the printer.

Some printers require special software to be installed on the ipad. Keep that in mind.

How can I connect my ipad to my Canon printer to print

Printers can be really complicated because it involves networking. The easiest way is to get a product like Lantronix xPrintServer.

xPrintServer enables wireless printing for iOS devices such as iPads and iPhones using their native print menu. It eliminates the need to print through apps, install software, or email yourself documents for printing. And more importantly, you don't need to buy a new printer because xPrintServer works with more than 4,000 top brand USB and network printers.

How can I get my IPad 2 to print on a Lexmark Prospect Pro 205, without keeping my laptop wired to the printer? I do not have a desktop.

Your printer and the devices trying to print from it should be connected to the same network. If it is, download our LexPrint app to your iPad http://bit.ly/IMbDlq. Since the Lexmark Pro205 is not AirPrint compatible, you would need the LexPrint Listener installed to a host computer.

Our latest Inkjet printers are already compatible with AirPrint.

How do I print out of ipad 2

If you have a Mac you can do it this way

Make sure you have the Pages app installed on your iPad.
Connect the iPad to your computer using the appropriate USB cable.
Open iTunes, then locate your iPad in the source list and select the Apps tab. Scroll down to access the File Sharing Pane.
The File Sharing Pane is a centralized location where you can manage the transfer of documents to and from your iPad. To print, transfer the desired document from the iPad to the Mac's hard drive. Then simply open and print using a device connected to that Mac or a device on the Mac's network.

Alternatively, e-mail yourself any documents you want to print, then open them on a Mac with printer access and print from there.

Printing using apps

Shop around. Each printing app works a little differently. When PCMag.com originally reported on iPad printing apps in April 2010, it found few that worked particularly well -- and several that didn't work at all. No doubt this trend has continued as developers continue to bring out new apps.
PrintCentral is an app that can be used with iPad, iPhone and iTouch. Its developers tout it as a one-stop-shop for mobile printing needs. MacWorld has awarded it 4 out of 5 mice and EuroSmartz.com has named it its iPad App of the Week. It can print directly to most wireless printers.
Whether you opt for PrintCentral or another printing app, make sure to review any instructions carefully to get the best performance.

Trying to connect the Canon pxmia mp495 to iPad is it possibe? Tryna also print documents and photos

You won't be able to connect your camera to your iPad, unfortunately... but, there are a few apps in the App Store- some free, some up to about 5 bucks- that will allow you to print wirelessly to shared printers from iPad or iPhone. As for your pictures, the best way to get around that is to import them on a computer, then sync them to your iPad or email them to yourself, and save them on your iPad.

How can i use my hp laserjet p1120w with my iPad by airprint

AirPrint lets you print wirelessly to AirPrint-capable printers. Make sure you have an AirPrint-capable printer.

AirPrint-capable printers don't require printer software; they just need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPad.
If you're not sure whether your printer is AirPrint-capable, refer to its documentation or contact their support.

Here are the steps.

1. Tap (the back arrow) or (the forward arrow) (depending on the app you're using), then tap Print.
2. Tap Select Printer to select a printer.
3. Set printer options, such as number of copies and double-sided output (if the printer supports it). Some apps also let you set a range of pages to print.
4. Tap Print.
