To install skins on Motorola phones you need to install an application called moto skinner.
All the infos and applications can be found and downloaded from this site.:

Look for your model on the left side.
I have already flushed and flexed my phone with these applications.They all working.

How to download themes application on my RAZR V3x?

I have downloaded themes of RAZR V3x to my pc in zip formatt, of course have to unzip it and download it to my phone via bt the phone says...
