Neff don't make any ovens that will run on a 13 amp plug.....if it came with a cable it needs a 16 amp supply

  • Anonymous Mar 05, 2017

only the new ic 6 range of neff ovens come with a cable with a 3 pin plug on one end the earlier ones were supplied with no cable at all and had to be fitted by an electrician.

Pyrolytic cleaning won't start. Neff B15P42.0 GB

you have to remove the shelf supports (left and right) as well as the shelves. The manual tells you about the shelves but not the supports. I only found out as someone wrote the answer on another website

Unable to remove the backplate off Neff oven

If there are no screws at the rear of the oven compartment that you can see to remove, then you will have remove the oven from the housing, and remove outer rear panel of oven to access the element.
Check the 4 fixings again, because on some ovens , they are not using coventional screws, they are are using what are called Torx screws, and you need a torx screwdriver or key to undo them.

Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.

Hi.

Yes ,it is the element.

You need to remove the panel at the rear of the oven, this will give you access to the element.

Good luck
