Bemis two-flush toilet occasionally flushes by itself. How do I fix that?

Probably the flapper is not sealing, allowing leakage into the bowl. When the level in the tank drops sufficiently, the fill valve admits water to refill the tank.

How do we unclog a bemis toilet?

use a product that has sodium hypochlorite ( caustic soda ) as the active ingredient ( draino , mr muscle or what ever you have from your hard ware shop) this product reacts with organic materials and breaks them down very quickly
use eye protection and gloves as the product is extremely corrosive
follow the instructions on the container
if the system is septic , find another product that will not kill the bacteria in the tank

This bemis toilet flushes at least three times before it is finished. now it's stopped up with poop and a little toilet paper,we've been plunging it for about an hour and can't clear it up completely

A common problem. You have a partial blockage. If you have a plunger then you may be able to force the blockage out by filling up the bowl near to the top with warm water anbd filling it wit 4oz / 100ml liquid bleach and leaving it for 1 hour (not hot as this may crack the toilet). Then then plunge down several times until the blockage disappears. You may have to repeat this two or 3 times to completely clear the blockage. Also try filling up the bowl with pan with 10oz / 250ml liquid bleach and leaving overnight withthe lid down and the bathroom door shut. If you do not have a plunger use an empty 2litre or 80oz coke or plastic bottle, with the tope securely screwed on to maintain the rigidity of the bottle, so it will neatly fit the toilet cavity at the bottom without damaging the toilet.

The power light on my Bemis 4D-7800 humidifier flashes.

On my water wheel several parameters must be met. 1. Power on, cord plugged in. 2. Water in tank, the float arm needs to move to indicate water present, the red light on the dash indicates no water. 3. Humidity controll set higher than the room atmosphere humidity, clockwise is higher on mine. 4. The fan speed selecter must be on either high or low, the fan won't run unless one position is selected. I hope this helps

Moisture not coming out

i realize this answer is a year old; but, i would guess you didn't let the wick become saturated before running. fill the resevoir with water, then let the humidifier sit idle while the wick is saturating. when it is completely saturated, the refill light will go off. refill the resevoir with additional water, as needed. then you can run the humidifier.
